I had a very nice stay in the Madison.
I enjoyed the hearty breakfast and the convenience of the kettle and coffee maker in the room.
The room is spacious and nicely set up. Comfortable bed, good bathroom.

I always stay here when in Hamburg. The rooms are spacious, bed comfortable and great desk to work. Breakfast is nice and the Meridian Spa is a great option when you want to unwind in the gym. Staff very professional. If there was one thing I would improve the restaura and try to keep it open until later in the evening.

Very good modern 4* hotel in convenient walking location close to piers. Friendly and professional staff. Nice clean and roomy rooms, ours had a kitchen corner with coffee machine. Excellent breakfast buffet. Wifi works throughout hotel.

This was our second stay in this hotel, and once again we were very pleased with the pleasant and helpful staff, general ambience and cleanliness.
Pros:
Pleasant staff
Large room
Cleanliness
Situated in quiet area, but fairly close to city attractions and public transport
Bar food (restaurant not used for dinner)
Free use of spa next door at weekends - this was very nice and relaxing after a hard day's sightseeing.
Cons: These criticisms are minor and did not affect our enjoyment too much:
Breakfast was a little expensive and also the hot food tended to run out and was not replenished towards the end of the breakfast period. Fried eggs not available??
Pillows in room are too soft for us, I suggest an option of firmer pillows is offered
Beds were two singles pushed together, which tended to drift apart!
Still no instructions for coffee machine (also commented on last visit)
All in all a very pleasant stay and will no doubt book again if visiting Hamburg.
