The hotel is excellently located for everything in the city centre. Rooms are small, but have everything you would expect, and beds are very comfortable, and blackout curtains allow good sleep. Being opposite the cathedral means you will inevitably be disturbed by bells, which ring each day at 1045, and at 0830 for fifteen minutes on Monday and Friday. Breakfast must be paid for (15 EUR) on top of the room price, but is worth the money.

Excellent location. Good clean rooms. Breakfast is a rip off though at 15 euros with no fry up!

Nice tidy hotel right next to the cathedral. Location couldn't be better. Stayed in a double room; bed was comfortable, but room and bathroom was tiny. Great price though, so can't complain. You get what you pay for. Definitely recommended.

Very nice hotel, cozy rooms with air conditioning. Room service was great. Of course the location is one of the best.
Everything was clean.
The breakfast was good, but coffee could have been stronger.
The staff was friendly and helpful in everything.

Very nice location for a stay in Ghent. Very centrally located, right off the trams. As we were touring Belgium on bikes it was important they had a secure facility for storing our bikes, which they did. The rooms are not very large, and everything feels a bit industrial and modern, but it is all functional and comfortable. The hotel is directly across from St. Baafs Cathedral and has some amazing views of historic Ghent.
