EVERYONE SHOULD BE AWARE OF LOTTERIA IN VinPearl in Nha Trang! They make you pay extra for drinks because they do not have a small cup when you order a combo meal. This is cheating and should not be the fault of the customer. THIS IS FRAUD! Please share!

They run out of 90% food at 5p.m and keep working until 8 with ice cream and chicken. I asked for lemonade and orange juice and sth else but they has only coke and drink bottle. The floor so dirty and wet, lack of staff so take long long time to line.

1 star is actually too generous for this so called fast food restaurant. First noone seemed willingly to take our orders, till we asked for it. Then it took 25 minutes for our meal to come. It had to be prepared, they said. Yet the meal came cold on the table. And the quality was as expected from a fast food chain, just overpriced. Never again!

How does a fast food chain at a theme park run out of 80% of the menu items at 2pm?! Not to mention the server, upsizing all our meals without mentioning it. The eating area looked like feeding time at the zoo, bloody disgusting - I could barely see the concrete floor through all the chicken bones and rubbish.
Convinced this terrible fast food chain is a front for the Vietnamese mafia.
