Drop what you are doing immediately and go here! Especially if it low season. There were no crowds except for a 20 minute que to catch the cable car back to the mainland. The gardens were beautiful! The zoo and aquarium was pretty cool too. The rides looked lame, but the water park was great! Beautiful beaches for relaxing. We didn't stay for dinner, but I'm sure you could find a decent meal at one of the 5 stars resorts on the island. I could easily have spent a few days checking out all the sights.

Swimming with dolphins is amazing! The rides are so so though. They're not as intense as we had thought. Despite queuing up for ages staff would close rides without informing us. Quite annoying.

Old games. Many were broken. Far away from each other. Not easy to go from one to another. Terrible service. Cash only.
Many uneducated guests (mostly chinese) very loud, throwing trash on the water/floor and not obeying lines or social rules.

Honest review: You arrive and most likely like us, need to wait 1 hour to get on the cable car. I did ask if not we could take the boat (2 boats there), and answer was 'no boat'..
Cable car is 10 min ride, nice both in clear weather and night.
The amusement park itself is rather worn down, there is much construction so perhaps you are lucky in 2019. Food and dining is horrible, and I am not difficult with food normally. Aquarium is VERY bad, even compared to for example the aquariums in shopping malls in Bangkok. Beach is nice, but be prepared to not get any sunbed on a bright day. Most rides are for younger kids, those of interest for adults had 2... yes TWO HOURS LINE. There is supposed to be a gourmet restaurant, we went there, a lady outside was asked if they where open (asked due to heavy construction all around), one moment she answered, when back had menu's and proposed we sat outside in half dry cement on ground, some plastic ribbons put up to block people walking abound and a he'll of a lot no ice from the heavy machinery.
And then, the best part:
Your ready to go back, after a long day in all these disappointments.. And there is another 2 hours + line to get on the cable car.
If I would go back? No chance
If I would reccomend? I would have told the truth, and now it's up to you

Vinpearl Land has lots of great rides and attractions for families and kids of all ages. It would be great fun if these attractions were accessible. The entire park is not wheelchair or stroller friendly. If you have small children and you need a stroller, you will have a HORRIBLE time as you have to carry them up and down numerous flights of stairs the entire trip. They are also undergoing construction making parts of the park even more inaccessible. My advice is to use this construction period to add some ramps for your guests to improve their overall experience. At this stage I WOULD NOT COME BACK.
