The hotel is pretty old. Grumpy owner. We stay there couple times and wonder why we didnt find another places in such a city. No more Dong Hai hotel for me I say. For a cheap hotel in town, it doesn't worth it since everything is going down without any improvements for years. The nearly beach is bad too. Usually crowded and dirty.

Affordable option for budget travellers. Clean, modern rooms within walking distance of the beach. At night the street comes alive with locals, giving it a much different feel from the south side touristy area.

No early check in possible. Staff didn't speak English so Google Translate had to help. They also wanted to keep our passports instead of making copies.
Location is inconvenient because most activities seem to happen in Downtown Nha Thrang.
Really hard and uncomfortable beds. Extremely unhelpful staff. We left our backpack in the lobby for a bit after checking out, and the staff demanded us to pay 100,000 Dong if we wanted to change our clothes at the hotel.
Don't stay here, unless you like hard beds and don't have to come back after checking out.

Quiet place and very good service, assistant looks friendly and speak english very well, but i am vietnamese :)

Quiet place in a noisy area where you can have a good sleep every night. The owner and staff are very kind and helpful there.
