It was an awesome stay with JW Marriott Hanoi. Each one from the hotel staff was very courteous and have helped us in each possible way to make our stay very comfortable and easy. They had always demonstrated giving more than expectations attitude for the guests and ensured to understand and take care of all our needs well before in time. Thank you all!

Very nice property. Excellent, attentive, service. Room was very clean. It's about 30 mins into the old town city centre but that was an easy uber ride. Great 24 hour gym and rooftop pool that cantilevers off the side of the building. JW Club offered decent quality wines and good assortment of food.

Except for the up beat music, which plays throughout the hotel, only guest rooms and hallways excepted, the place is wonderful. Breakfast is endless, I think food from pretty much every major culture is represented. Staff is polite and helpful. What you'd expect from a 5 star hotel basically.

One of the best 5 star hotel in Hanoi. Huge property, suitable for big events and gatherings. You can get good corporate discounts as well. One of the best and biggest spread of complimentary breakfast.

Superb hotel with top quality services, amazing breakfast and one of the best executive lounges I've seen. The hotel structure is futuristic especially the pool area, overall a great design. Rooms of the best quality, as expected from a JW, with both bathtub and a large shower. Amazing windows with view on the city. Very helpful staff even if English is not always well understood or spoken. Location: I've been told not to walk outside the hotel premises due to the bad reputation of the neighborhood, city center is approx. 25' away by taxi.
