The staff here are exceptional, speak English well, and eager to help. For the price I paid and location of the hotel, I would stay there again if I traveled alone, but being that it's such tight quarters with small corridors, privacy is a concern. No lounge area, but there's plenty of places just meters from their front steps. One sensational bonus, also, is that massage in the basement.

Dont let the photos and name fool you this place is below average. Room was full of ants and the aircon was broken.

I am very happy to be at the hotel, staff is very friendly. Free breakfast and very tasty. I will definitely return to the hotel.

Great staff, everyone is very friendly and helpful and it was great to chat with Mr Lee - Hotel manager or Ms Phuong - Receptionist , you don't find many Vietnamese that can speak such good English. Hotel is in a good spot, near the lake so very easy to get your bearings. If you like it very quiet, ask for a room high up and to the front. Good value. Breakfast was excellent as was the staff.
