One of the best Rooftop views of the sword lake and bridge to the island pagoda.
Not busy because it is hard to find the entrance to this place. You have to take an elevator in the back of a clothing store.
Good drinks but a bit overpriced, this Is acceptable due to the location and view.
Inside and outside seating available.
Comfortable padded seats.

Nice view from the balcony, but seats are quite limited on the balcony.
