Muito bem localizado, quartos e local limpos, no café são meio atrapalhados, deixando faltar os alimentos oferecidos no dia, alguns funcionários da recepção deveriam ser melhor treinados, mas se puder passar por cima disso é um bom lugar...

Good location for exploring the city and some decent restaurants nearby. The room itself was OK, recently refurbished and nice clean bathroom. The rest of the hotel was dated and needs refurbishment. Staff did what they had to but with little passion.

Wifi signal seemed fairly good throughout the hotel, albeit with insufficient bandwidth for the amount of use. The breakfast staff was very pleasant and helpful.
The facility is lacking in good maintenance. Shower head sprayed everywhere. Elevator stopped 2 or 3 inches above the floor level. Door knob broke off the door of the first room, but they did change the room. The twin room is small for two people's luggage. There was a nice bedside lamp on the bedside table, but it wasn't plugged in. Further investigation explained why--there was no outlet on that wall to plug the lamp in. It was only there to take up space on the tiny table. We had "superior" rooms and wondered throughout our stay just what kind of an improvement they were over "standard" rooms because they did not seem in any way exceptional.
