Suntrust bank in itself is a terrible cooperation. After speaking with multiple customer service representatives in store and online my issue was not resolved. I bank with Bank of America and have had no issues due to their amazing customer service. I will be closing my account and I advise no one open an account with them. I am a student and have had over $100 wrongfully taken from my account.
