Seated quickly, and then had a 30 minute wait for a server to arrive.

Of the seven of us 3 orders where wrong and then another two where not in stock, but they waited until the food began to arrive to tell or part members their entrée was not available.

Nothing was as needed, and though the ambiance was wonderful, this is in no way a restaurant I can recommend.

When we arrived, no one greeted us at host stand. We waited for 5-7 mins before a waiter came by and saw us. Food was decent. No extras given with an entree like a salad or soup which is odd for a Thai place. The service is terrible and it's so blazing hot in there! Not worth it to save the electric bill when you're customers are visibly sweating! Don't waste time coming here, nothing special.

Although we didn't enjoy the food from the sushi buffet, every other time I've been here has been great. The food was always hot and the rolls were always warm and fresh. The service has always been great and friendly helpful staff. I will continue to go especially for the green tea ice cream!!

They're in a tight spot. Looks like they've had to resort to cutting the number of tofu pieces in a tofu panang curry to balance their books - poor guys, I feel bad for them (hence the generous 3-star rating) The waitstaff was as polite as possible given the gloomy environment they operate in. This used to be a happier place. Kinda like Bangkok, which retains its smile no matter what turmoil comes their way.

I am livid right now! I just left from dining here and was completely disrespected. I spent over $30 on food, the waiter seemed nice and friendly at first. When she brought us our check, I paid the bill with my debit card (As I normally tip in cash) as we were boxing our leftovers the manager comes to our table with our receipt and rudely ask if we forgot something. I looked at her confused as to what was the problem and she again asks us, if we forgot anything as she is now pointing to our bill. I looked at my husband still confused as to what she is implying. She then walked away to the other side of the restaurant and continued to watch us with such a unpleasant look. I then put 2 and 2 together and told my husband "I think she's referring to a tip) which was funny because at that same time he was already placing his tip into the receipt book. After leaving the tip, I then walked towards the disgruntled manager and explained how the food was amazing, as this was our first time there and how I left the tip in cash and she started arguing with me about their lack of business and how they are used to not getting tips as if I had something personally to do with that. Thus woman literally was so rude its sad! I've always wanted to try this place, so I was extremely disappointed. I understand waiters work for their tips, but we left more then a 10 percent tip and even still it wasn't enough to have the manager look at us with such disgust for no reason. I will never go back to this place, its no wonder we were the only ones there. I definitely do not recommend going here. I'll stick to my Jasmine Thai where the food and service is great!
