I love this place. You have to think outside the box, this is not your traditional "American" spa. If you want to soak your tired body in steam, hot & cold jacuzzi's while eating some of the best Korean food (seriously amazing food) this is the place for you. The most unique thing they offer is the body scrubs. I would recommend the hour "gold" scrub which includes a milk bath and a truly organic, natural cucumber face mask. I've heard that the scrub helps with skin elasticity & cellulite, which makes total sense after you've had one. I love to pack my fav hair masks, face masks and other pamper products and can easily spend half a day lounging. It's not a fancy place but it's quite and clean I can really unplug and relax. Don't expect the standard chipper, American style customer service type experience here, but you will definitely find some amazing and unique services that you can't find anywhere else! And did I mention the food?? OMG I dream about the short rib soup!

This was a day I reserved for myself, for my birthday and it was not the greatest experience. The highlight was that I had the place, more or less, to myself. Unfortunately, the Steam room smelled of cigarette. Like an old ash tray from a Vegas casino. I'm a vegetarian. So naturally I ordered from the Vegetarian section of the menu. My dinner arrived with meat and egg. Staff was argumentative about the Vegetarian section of the menu and again confrontational upon departure, even summoning the chef. There's a bag check, though they failed to inspect my bag, there is a sign that's very uninviting and takes away from any sort of luxury claim they are advertising. Massage music was a loop of the same Backstreet Boys instrumental which was like Chinese water torture. I had to ask her to turn it off. So it was then too silent. It wasn't even an original instrumental. It was a pianist who did a cover of the song. Unfortunately, I didn't care for the Backstreet Boys in the 90s and certainly not my idea of relaxation music. I asked for a switch to a Swedish/Relaxation massage from the deep tissue I originally signed up for and it didn't, couldn't and wouldn't translate. Then the masseuse demanded a tip and hovered at exit door cash register. I got the feeling that her playing Backstreet Boys on repeat 1, and having to hear this loop 4 times before I couldn't take it anymore, was suppose to be some sort of service upgrade, like when you pay for essential oil add-ons or something. At $125 for a massage, I was highly disappointed. It was $14 for my vegetarian meal to come out with meat. I think Luxury, is not a good descriptor for this place. I will just have to stick to short getaways to Jeju in Atlanta to get my K Spa fix.

Everyone was friendly. The food was alright, but the chef didn't look too happy. The first time I ever experience a Korean bath house. Very relaxing and quiet. It was kinda awkward for me, but I feel very relax and stress free after leaving this place. There should be more of these bathhouses. Love it.

I like retreating to this place once every couple of months. It's on a real quiet street in the ghost town outskirts of Tampa, so it's very quiet. There's a hot tub, cold tub, small pool, two saunas, and quiet rooms with little mats and pillows for some meditation. For those who are sketched out over the outside look, know there are signs inside that say swim attire is required during your massages, so the place is legit. I might suggest running a special once a week or once a month at a discount to encourage regular visits. I know I'd come more often if one day a month I could come in after 11 pm for $20 instead of $30.
