The dentist receptionists or the 2 people they have working in the front are completely unprofessional! This is the second and LAST time I will be going there! The first time I was there early and then was told 20 min after my appointment that I could not bring my 10 year old back with me (no phone call was made telling me this!!) This time I took my daughter for her follow up and the lady said your apt was at 3 do you have the card that says 330??? Or a voice mail? Um no I don't because NO ONE called to confirm and when I call no one answers while they sit on their butts!! Ridiculous!

Don't bother coming here if you're a walk in. You're better off just going to the ER or an Urgent Care if it's something they can't take of at the minute clinic. They don't answer the phones here. No one knows anything and they all are just sitting around. They let children yell and run around in the waiting room. Took 2 hours to get a room and another hour to actually get seen. After that I'm told to go to the ER or a clinic that can do imaging. It's a very unprofessional place. Avoid this clinic if possible. I wish I would have just went to the ER. This was the biggest waste of time and money. Even the doctor I saw said nothing happens fast in this place and I'm better off going somewhere else.

Thank God for Dr Preston greatest research pediatrician ever love her....if she leaves we will leave....

I been going to Tampa family health center for 7 years! They are amazing! The staff is friendly and very welcoming! The reason for my 4 🌟 and not 5 is because making an appointment is very hard but the doctors and nurses are very nice and do a great job. They don't rush your examination. But I love it. It's just been crazy since they merged patient from the Sheldon location. Anyways thank you Tampa family health center

Overall, I give the place a 1-star. I had to wait almost 2 hours. The staff treats you poorly. "Just be patient," They said. Like the other people this place is unprofessional. Like most people the want to give a 0, and I agree with that. Never. Coming. EVER. Again.
