Terrible experience. My daughter needed a health screening for school. She waited 1.5 hours with an appointment, when she was done and got home, they called her to say they forgot to give her a shot and to come back. When she went back she waited 1.5 hours again when she was told she would not have to wait. Very unprofessional office. They lost her original forms including her immunization original form, and gave her copies. Don't ever go to this place. This is a very long story cut short over ten days. My daughter went back three times for simple health screening and it was terribly frustrating and time consuming.

Make sure you turn your paper work in I waited 2.5 hours for them to call me back and when I went back up there to see how much longer the wait would be they told me since I never brung my papers back up to the front desk I had been skipped horrible experience will not go back again what is the sign in sheet for if there only doing the order of which the paper work comes in first

I had to go there to do a drug screen for my new job and I was there less then 15 minutes. I had my paperwork in my email and I was afraid I wasn't going to be able to do my hair drug screen, the front desk asked me to Email her my form, she printed it out for me and checked me in super quick.

The ladies are the front desk where very helpful and were always smiling. The staff was nice and the process once I was in the back was quick. I did have a little wait, just like any other medical clinic. I would return again.

Cancel any plans you have the day of your appointment. Typical Dr. office that does NOT care about you or your time. I am currently going into my 2nd hour here in the waiting room. I was just told the "we've had allot of emergencies today" reason for my wait. I've heard alot of laughing from the back, can't be too serious of an emergency. Guess I wasn't aware that an occupational place for physicals and UA's was such a hotbed for emergencies. I informed the front desk person that I had an appointment, have been waiting for quite some time, she replied, yes, there are people who have been here longer than you. I told her I was reading the reviews online of this place, 3 hours waiting time? Really? I'm just glad I don't have to pay out of my pocket for this! Ridiculous!
