Great spa with awesome massage therapists. It's a little pricy but it is definitely worth it!

Everyone who works here is very talented. I love how I can get free bang trims instead of haircut sometimes, because this place is a bit pricey. However it's totally worth it.

Owen is the best hair stylist in Hampton Roads, and Changes City Spa is as classy a salon as it gets in Hampton Roads. I'd follow Owen anywhere, but very pleased I can follow him to Changes.

The outside of this bldg is deceiving. It looks like a house, the inside is HUGE and very nice!
I called to get a massage and was able to get in the same day! The massage was AHHMAZING (amazing). Kimberly is heaven sent for sure!
