I love Anew and have had chemical peels, laser hair removal, lip filler, spray tans, massages, and facials there. Amber is amazing and makes you feel comfortable and welcomed which goes a long way for a medical spa. Plus she is a great esthetician. I have been to many other spas and around Indy and so glad I found ANew.

They are unable to keep appointments. I bought a package of 6 laser hair removal treatments from groupon. My 1st one was back in Jan 2015. A few days before my 1st appt. I was called and asked if I could come in and hour earlier and I agreed. The day of my 1st appt I showed up at at the new time an hour earlier as they asked me to only to be told that my serves provider was running late and was not there yet. She finally showed up an hour later but she had another client that was waiting before me. By the time I got in I had waited over an hour and 30min. Once in the treatment room Amber was supper nice and explained the process to me and I believe she make the treatment as quick and painless as she could. The atmosphere, treatment and the staff part of the experience was great.
After my 1st appt. I set up my follow up appt. for 5 weeks later. The day before my 2nd appt. they called me to confirm the date and time of my 2nd appt. The day of my 2nd appt. while I was driving to Ayka Medical Spa I was called and informed that something had come up and the they need to reschedule my appt. So I had them move my appt. to the following week. The day before my now rescheduled appt. I was called yet again and was informed that once again that something had come up and they needed to reschedule yet again. So my 2nd appt. once again was moved to the next following week. When I finally got in to my 2nd appt. again Amber was supper nice friendly and apologetic to the rescheduling. After my 2nd treatment I once again booked my 3rd appt. for 6 weeks later today 4/10/15 at 12:00PM.
The day of my 3rd appt. with Amber at Ayka Medspa I had a little extras time so I showed up almost 20min early. Once I got there the door was locked and the blinds were all closed and it appeared that all the lights were off. My 1st thought was that I was early and maybe they were out to lunch. So I looked up the number and called from the parking lot and I got voice mail to I am assuming was Ambers Cell phone saying she was unavailable, so I left her a message. I waited in my car in the parking lot till 12:00 the time of my appt. and I went and checked the door again to find it still locked. I was hoping maybe when I was not looking someone may have shown up and enter the building via a back door. I returned to my car and I tried to call again at 12:04 and still no answer I once again left a Voice mail. At that point so I called groupon and explained to them what has happened from day one to get a refund.
I would say this is a great place to go providing that you can get in for you scheduled appointment.
