Horrible. I ordered one large pizza and wings for delivery at 7:25pm estimated wait time is 20-30mins. I didn't get my order until 8:35pm pizza was dry and not even hot and they forgot my wings.

Long wait times and horrible customer service! Takes 3 hours for one pizza down the street from the location at least because they are "short staffed."

Order a 2 topping special. There were out of olives and just gave me the one topping but charged me for 2. They didn't even mention on the phone and even better deal they had going. So I waited well beyond the time they said it would take only to get what I didn't want.

I ordered pizza via the app at 6:58. We gave them 25 minutes before we went to get our order, because that was the maximum wait time listed on the app. Finally got our order at 8:08. If I could give zero stars I would. The only reason I eat here is because the other pizza hut is 15-20 minutes away.

About 10 percent of the time they're on their A game and it's really great, another 10 percent of the time they have no idea what they're doing and have no business using an oven without supervision, and the other 80 percent of the time it's acceptable, but nothing exciting. I do all of my ordering online and have always ordered ordered hut favorite crust flavor since pizza hut started offering the option, but it's a rare treat to actually get a pizza with it. I hate having to have food remade, but I've made people at this pizza hut remake my pizza several times, for different reasons like overcooked pizza or, such as it was last week, the cook completely forgot the toppings.
