Horrendous customer service! Don't even bother. I joined AAA in Dayton for the first time this year. The first time I used the service it was terrible. I called and emailed to complain and requested a contact back to resolve it. No response! I'm going back to the roadside assistance my car insurer offers. AAA sucks.
