I love this restaurant. They serve small plates so make sure you have enough time to eat. Great staff. Always fresh. The sea scallops melt like butter in your mouth.

One Word, WOW.
Came here with our doubts and at the end I was really impressed. The food is cooked with art and presented with GREAT presentation. This isn't a fast food place so it does take time for the food to come out (so the quickness as Olive Garden Etc Etc) doesn't exist at this place. When the food came out it was Presented in such beautiful elegance and the Taste and Properness was Out of this world. Defiantly cooked and presented like Chief Ramsey would present. We will be back.
Another thing that blew me away was the Owner was the Parking Valet Guy, who insisted on not receiving any tip at all.

We went to Zins to celebrate our anniversary and it was the most amazing dinner experience we have ever had. From watching the chefs at work, talking to the owner, the super friendly server named Shannon, the taste and quality of the food, and even the valet made it all a truly exceptional evening. Thank you Zins!

Fantastic restaurant. Good value for the money, especially on Sundays for brunch.
Not certain why there are so many negative reviews on the quantity of food; if you want to gorge yourself on mediocre food, go to Cheddar's. If you want creative, delicious food in a great atmosphere, Zin's is perfect. Truthfully, I've never walked away from Zin's wishing I had MORE food.
Mixed drinks are also fantastic and they have a great selection of liquor.
