Very disappointed...I got an infection, was in pain, and needed some prescriptions. They filled the prescriptions and sent a text stating that they were ready for pick up. Their hours listed online said the pharmacy closed at 6:00 (it was a Sunday), so I went straight to the store to pick them up around 5:45. The pharmacy was closed!
I am not usually a complainer, but I felt like this wasn't right...And did I mention I was in pain? :( One employee called another store and they agreed to fill my prescription at their location, but it was on the other side of town and they closed in 10 minutes. They said I needed to get there before they closed. I ran out of the first store and sped to the other CVS. They were, of course, closing up the pharmacy just as I walked in, but thankfully I was able to pick up my meds.
If you have changed your store hours, you really need to make sure it's changed everywhere it's listed...That's good customer service. The other store was very surprised (and seemed a little put off) that this CVS had changed their pharmacy hours without posting it for customers or informing other stores.
On a positive note, I was very appreciative of the employee who made phone calls to make sure I could get my meds right away...Even if it meant I had to race to beat the clock.

This is a good location for where I live. Sometimes the Pharmacy staff is not very helpful. It seems like they are overworked. I'm not saying that they are not very knowledgeable, I just think they are too busy.
