Good pool, well equipped gym, range of classes, sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi but the stand out feature for me is the excellent staff- everyone from trainers to instructors to front desk to coffee shop servers couldn't be nicer or more helpful.

I only come here for the monthly quiz in the cafe, but the facilities look good and the place has a very relaxed atmosphere.

Great place for a workout which is obvious but the staff there are fantastic very friendly and helpful if you need any.
Juice / snack bar is always quiet but that's great especially after a workout.

Great training facilities, 25 metre pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. Staff are always ready to help and would recommend to anyone. Also it's the type of gym for all different levels of fitness and goals you are looking to achieve. You also won't feel out of place no matter what your shape or size.

Good gym with spa facilities, swimming pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi.
Went for a spa treatment which was great followed by a relax in the jacuzzi, steam room and sauna.
Staff are friendly and helpful.
The eating are could do with more options and only had some very ordinary food on offer.
Easy location to find with plenty of parking.
They give you a lock and key for the lockers but bring a towel as they are not provided.
