Staff are great, so welcoming and helpful. I have stayed here a couple of times now and not had one bad experience so far.

Breakfast is decent with a nicely balanced menu of healthy treats to your full English.

The location is great, you have MANY places to visit right at your doorstep.

And forgot to mention.... has parking too!!!

Beautiful hotel in the Pantiles, I felt the room decor was sweet and unique, it was clean and comfortable, the staff were very helpful and friendly, the breakfast in the morning and options available were very good. It's walking distance to the main town which is about 20 minute walk while just in the the Pantiles there are a lovely range of shops too

Dinner was great and breakfast was good but the service was sub par. It seemed that both waitresses/waiters for dinner and breakfast were very new and immature. They were unable to provide punctual service and quickly got overwhelmed by a large wedding party.
