Anna and the staff at Westway Sunderland have always taken good care of my pets, but their true dedication showed when my cat became deathly ill and needed an immediate surgical procedure. Anna was amazing with her prompt response. Ripley died before he could make it into surgery, but it wasn't for the lack of trying on the part of Anna and others. I am truly grateful for their efforts.

Very friendly staff.Vet does not rush consultations,unlike some others.
Consultation fees higher than some,but service spot on.
