I have used this vets a lot over the past few years and never had a problem with it lovely kind and compassionate staff! Our beloved cat was recently put to sleep and I would like to give a massive thank you to the Veterinarian Sarah for doing this so peacefully and the Nurse Holly who continuously loved our cat throughout until she passed away peacefully. Thank you both so much.

Took my kitten for spaying and mocrochipping. It was very busy but everyone was treated equally and obviously emergencies come first. The nurse was extremely helpful and had great suggestions for aftercare. Reccomend to all with pets

I've been taking my dogs here for 6 years but I wont be anymore. The veterinary nurse that was on respection was rude to us, they dont care about the animals anymore it's all about the money.

I cannot put NO STARS but I would have if I could have...I would NOT recommend this practise. We have had nothing but incompetency (no sign of a referral letter for a doggy aqua pool I was promised. Prescriptions for drugs no longer in circulation) and now our beloved family pet has had to be put to sleep we find total insensitivity! Money HAD to change hands before the injection administered, as our pet sat there and my sister devastated and in tears, the card machine was actually brought into the room from reception! Other vets don't do this. And now, after the promise of a call to collect his ashes my sister has had to ring them and be told that he is there waiting to be picked up! My father even rang last week and was told that she (my sister) would receive a call. Terrible service and I am disgusted.
