I've been a customer of Crooks and Partners for over 20 years. The support staff are friendly and helpful. The vets are brilliant and I would recommend them to any one with small mammals and cats or dogs. Recently it's become harder to get an appointment, however I've spoken to vets over the phone when I've needed quick advice.

We've used Crooks vets for years. The staff are great, really patient, knowledgeable and kind and I'd recommend it to anyone!

Brilliant vets, been using them for over 10 yrs. The staff are great, the vets themselves are thorough, professional, and have a great rapport with the animals. Parking can be a little tricky at busy times as the car park is small, with no marked bays, and is accessed via an awkward turning that can be a headache if someone's going in at the same time someone else is leaving.
UPDATE JULY 2017
This vet practice has just excelled themselves. I took my dog in with what I expected to be an adverse reaction to some medicine he was taking for a skin condition. It wasn't. He had a ruptured tumour on his spleen that was bleeding into his stomach. They diagnosed quickly, and made a horrible situation as understandable as they could. They were able to operate, and against the odds, they saved my dog's life. Their care and professionalism was amazing, and words cannot express how grateful my family and I are to them for giving us this extra time with our beloved pooch.
