Was very pleased with my stay here. Me & my two friends needed to book somewhere fast so was a bit dubious as to what this would be like as it was the only cheap hotel room left in the area. The room was very clean & included a two person bed, a single bed (over the double bed), TV, table, toilet, shower, clothing rail & full length mirror. We stayed over for one night & it cost roughly £38 each (around £110 altogether). The staff were very accommodating & have us extra help with things such as carrying our items to the room. Plus the hotel was only a two minute walk from Sheffield arena & had free WiFi! Would definitely recommend!

Excellent stay. Budget room but was much better than I envisaged. Very clean, tidy, hot powerful shower. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

I've stayed at this hotel a few times and the staff are lovely. The rooms are what you pay for. I'm in a wheelchair and I always manage in the rooms. We stay if there's a concert on that we want to go to. The tram is a short walk away next to Valley Centertainment which has some good pubs and restaurants.

Impressed with welcoming check in staff. Hotel car park good. Compact room as expected for budget hotel, clean and well maintained. No kettle in room but drinks available in lobby. Sitting on the bed with the duvet on, it felt firm but ok. However upon getting into the bed there was absolutely no padding between the springs of the mattress and the thin material of the mattress cover, therefore every metal spring could be felt, making it so uncomfortable that I was unable to sleep. Maybe this particular mattress in room 404 needs replacing or are all the beds that uncomfortable? Would have been please with a basic budget stay had the bed been a little more comfortable in order to be able to sleep.

Location not particularly convenient, but at least on a major bus route. Reviews said you provided meals, but these were limited to pizza boxes (which in fact were not bad). Clean, comfortable room, although I would have liked to be able to boil a kettle to make tea. Staff polite and friendly.
