Made an order at around 8pm, (Jan 13th 2017) had the wrong order delivered at half past. At about 9pm they came to collect the wrong order (and didn't bring the correct one). At around 9.45pm the delivery driver turned up with the same wrong order after calling and disturbing me several times trying to figure out different orders. At this point I told them to forget it and refund my order. I was assured the money would be re-paid but never heard back and never got my money back.
Will never use again.

We are only across the road and never had a problem.... Great service lovely people and when I divorce my husband I can order everyday ha.... Have a levely Christmas from yateley avenue xx

I have ordered from here before and there were no problems. However after ordering today, I was spoken to very rudely and the man that works in there was very disrespectful to my boyfriend and I. After growing tired of the insults he was shouting, I decided not to purchase from here again and I would advise that none of you do either because the worker in there doesn't deserve customers as he cannot provide good customer service or anything remotely close to customer satisfaction.

Nothing ever wrong. I could eat this all the time🍦🍰☕️🍩🍪🍧. Amazing ideas; quite dear (expensive) prices. One scoop is £1 how big are the scoops? Delicious but expensive! I recommend if you have a bit of money off. Buy the millions ice cream pot!!!🍦
