Rooms basic but comfortable, perhaps need a little attention for wear and tear. Some noise from pubs etc in local area could be heard in our room. Seems to be some issues with plumbing, pipes making noise frequently (presumably when other rooms using taps and shower)

Excellent location, away from Broad Street, but close enough to all the attractions of Birmingham, this hotel is perfect. Comfortable and spacious room, breakfast was best I have ever had in PI hotel.

Great location. The room I had was a bit small but OK. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was OK.
The down side is the parking. . 7-10 min walk to the nearest car park.

Easiest check in ever! Very quiet, rooms excellent and what stands out is the staff....amazing service. Nothing a problem and made sure you got everything you needed from first to last. Quality breakfast. Not a "budget" hotel at all.

had a lovely time here the staff ARE very nice. second time to this hotel, it's placed in a fantastic area. This time I didn't get a good view, but I knew their would change me if I asked. but i had a great sleep.
