I ordered from this takeway for delivery at 19:30, and after what I'm about to explain my order did not arrive until 21:45 (disgraceful). I recieved a phone call from a woman from the shop at 20:55 stating they did not have one of my options, which is fine as they agreed to refund the item although nothing was offered for the inconvenience, my issue is that it took 1 hour and 25 minutes for them to realise this and evidently my order was not even on it's way, anyway she said that everything else is ready and the driver is en route (I live 3 miles from the takeaway). I decided not to ring the shop back as this doesn't resolve anything and at this point we just wanted our food. When it finally arrived at 21:45 the driver walked away without refunding me so I had to call him at the end of my driveway and ask him to give me my refund which he did not dispute and gave me straight away (this driver struggled to understand or speak english). Lastly the food was cold so it seems they piled up so many deliveries on one route that mine was likely one of the last on the list (this is a common flaw with lots of takeaways that want to cut costs) and also the free food given when you order a certain amount (prawn crackers and spring rolls) was ridiculous the portions were tiny you're better off paying for it or not giving it for free at all. The curry sauce was nice, after heating the food it was okay, chips were not of very good quality, salt and pepper wings were quite tasty. A bit of advice, pick up your food from this takeaway.

Absolutely disgusting service and food. First time i ordered from this shop and found a peice of hair in my food! Called shop and they didnt accept and did not offer any refund at all. It was a black hair and we all got ginger hair!! Clearly unhygienic. Reported to trading standards found out they are under investigation already!!

For me that the best Chinese place in handsworth where you can get delicious Chinese food. Strongly recommended to anyone even vegetarian.
