Only registered with them today, however I wanted to give a five star review already. I called to get some information about their services and one of the vets answered because the receptionist was on another call. He explained that to me and took my details and the receptionist called me back within 2 mins. The receptionist went to great lengths to answer all my questions and was extremely efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. I am so impressed that I've registered with them a month before my kitten is even with me! Fantastic customer service!

They were so good with my little rabbit after some bad experiences at other vets. Lovely place and can't reccomend them enough.

Even though I wasn't registered with them - they gave me an appointment immediately when I rang up and were so kind and professional.
