They often do not have medication in stock and when they say you can come back as they have ordered it, still nothing has been done.

Often they don't have what you have been prescribed then your waiting minimum 30 minutes if not longer. All you can hear is staff chatting and asking who wants a cup of tea. I once was waiting over an hour for 1 tube of ointment with not a single apologie.
