Asked for a coors light, got a Peroni. and the bar staff couldn't even bring himself to say thanks or goodbye. Other than that, the pub is cosy one comfortable.

Good honest pub food. Nice interesting interior with plenty of space. The staff are really helpful and friendly too. We had a wonderful baked Camembert and rosemary with warm bread to share. Gorgeous. The menu is not the most adventurous but good for all that. It does change. Each of the restaurants in the private chain are different and positioned for different markets. This one is a bistro pub aimed at the younger crowd predominantly. We are not that young but still enjoy it so it has a good all round appeal. It is in a quiet corner of Nailsworth with a nice garden at the front. Watch out for Old Blue eyes... a local feline legend who is said to visit and ask for his "pint" from the drip tray. Only a cat would have the bare faced cheek to do that!! He's gorgeous though.
