Wonderful, look after my Cocker and cavalier really well. Always get them in asap and I find Dexter to be friendly, very professional and knowledgable. The nurses are just amazing! I found that everyone always had the time to talk to me and give me advice. I take the dogs there to visit so that they aren't scared to go and they make a fuss of them and make us feel welcomed. My dogs are like my children and I trust them to do what's best, they also put through all of my claim forms for me without delay. I'm very scatty and they know this, one of the receptionists actually sends me texts to remind me of things like flea treatments (I pay per month so it's not like she is doing this to get extra money out of me, it's out of good customer service).

The vet is always rough and uncaring, rude and obnoxious. Has no time for people and doesn't even acknowledge you in the waiting room. Totally unfriendly. Avoid.

Maybe I am quick to judge but my cat did not like the place. She does not like to be grabbed from her carry case by the scruff of her neck. Perhaps a little knowledge of how to care for more sensitive cats was required. Never returned as she has had much nicer experiences at MK Veterinary Group on Whaddon Way and Stony Stratford. And the lid of the carry case is removed to reduce the stress of being at the vets.

I took my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel there as she had an ear infection, the table was still dirty from previous patient. Dexter is really quite rude and uncaring. I am awaiting a hip operation, asked him if he could lift her onto the table!! Such an effort for him!! He poked about in her ears so hard she was yelping!! Then he takes her temperature, grabs hold of her tail and upends her so that only her front legs are on the table. He then takes some swabs, didn't ask me if I wated them! On leaving I settle by bill £53.36 I am never going back,! Then nearly 2 weeks later not had results. Phoned and was told no nothing wrong but you owe us for the swab test!! £49.80!!!
