I thoroughly enjoyed the food & the ambience of the Wheatsheaf. The staff were very friendly and git the attentiveness just right. The problem for me was the over inflated price probably means I won't return.....

Should have listened to other reviews. As previously said 15 minutes for water, terrible service & food.

Very disappointed, every part of meal was unsatisfactory. Ordered Coke, got diet Coke, ordered soup with white bread - got soup with brown toast, steak was like rubber and couldn't eat, but the real star was the sweet, ordered sticky toffee pudding which was served with ice cream and a helping of blonde/ginger hair cooked into the cake. On a positive note the refit it's had is lovely

Nice little pub, recently refurbished and decorated with a lovely fresh but cozy feel, with lots of succulent plants and natural light. Service was friendly and professional and the kids (aged 2 and 5) were made welcome. Menu choices were fairly limited if you're not a meat lover but I went for the classic burger and it was great. Would go back.

Burger quite nice (only one big if hard far). Quite hot to eat there in the summer. Hospitality okay for MK but could be friendlier. Will give another go in the winter.
