I have ordered food for home delivery many many times but last night will be the last. Delivery time has rarely been great however waiting for 1 hour 20 mins is unacceptable. So disappointed as the food is good

What a load of rubbish the chips tasted like cooled in old oil and had sort over the salt and pepper squid was ok but served on rotten salad and the plaice had a strange taste won't go back unbeatable waste of £22.00 one star and that's one star to many!

Seemed to be improving, but today had to put the fish in the bin - what there was in the batter was very dry and inedible. Not good when you pay £8 + !
Later edit: following my complaint on website the manager called to apologise and offer complimentary meal. I was very impressed with the response.

Used to be excellent but seems to have new ownet. No salad with scampi. Fish is undercooked and chips overcooked. Tried three times to give benifit of doubt and each time thrown most of the food away. A great shame. Profit wins over quality
