Room was clean, bed comfy and good location. Free internet is Slow, breakfast was average. It was a little pricey for what you get.

Clean, modern, friendly staff and good service. Great location for Salford Quays, Lowry Outlet and Old Trafford l.

Decent room rates, nice and clean, well-connected for public transport. Car park can get busy so check in as early as you can!

The staff were great and very helpful at all times. Although it was very busy most of the time in the bar and dining area it never felt crowded. The food was delicious and the menu offered so much choice you could stay for a week and not get bored. As for the room it was very pleasant and provided everything I needed... Except a plug socket by the bed to charge my phone. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend it to anyone.

If you can survive the 2 hours it took them to check us into the room on arrival then the hotel is for you. Don't waste any time complaining about it as you won't get your time back or a cardboard breakfast offered.
Did you also know Premier Inn customer service take 14 days to respond to a complaint. Yes That's two weeks. This was the queue at about 4pm.
My advice, pay a little more and go to the Hilton in town and with a Hilton Honors card its still affordable and a world apart from these non premier idiots who think that service is an extra. The Hilton breakfast alone is worth the extra money as it was top quality and proper service too.
