All staff is totally professional and lovely. Make you feel comfortable and relaxed in any treatment. Even with the very efficient wrap to set you out in your holidays : )

Excellent service, very professional and friendly staff. I am attending for acne treatment and so far it has been excellent! My skin looks so much better. The facilities are great. Victoria is amazing and very knowledgeable!! I would highly recommend it!!

The massage was absolutely fabulous and my masseuse (Victoria) did as much as possible to ensure I was comfortable, likewise, the other staff members (beverages were also offered on many occasions). She was also highly informative regarding my condition and along with the other staff, engaged well with the person who accompanied me. Lovely first experience! Would definitely recommend!

Excellent customer service with a very professional yet personal approach. I tried many beauty salons in London with no satisfaction and I can say with confidence I found the one in Nova. I went in to have my manicure done by lovely Cecilia. The treatment was superb. Cecilia also recommended their laser hair removal which I am planning to try on my next visit. Very happy customer :)
