"Deep" hot stone massage was way too soft and gentle. Hot stones normally work well to alleviate muscular tightness but I was very disappointed with the weakness of the treatment at this place.

The facial was amazing even though I needed extraction and deep cleaning but everything was perfect. There is an old therapist with makeup on, I was not pleased with her, her face is angry and she stares in an angry/ disgusted way as if she's not liking what she see. I went twice and she gave me that bad feeling twice.

An interesting evening, sampling a hand and arm massage. Elemis offer a good range of up-market skin care products, backed up by the usual marketing claims which do seem to be of good quality and are nice to use. The hand massage was quite relaxing, without any after effects (positive or negative).

Fantastic spa. i just had a massage, but my wife had the works and she said it was great.

A lovely day spa in the heart of Mayfair. The hot stone massage was most relaxing, while the facility was clean, and modern.
The facility lacked a comfortable waiting area, and instead directed us to sit on bar type stools in the middle of the retail area.
After the massage, I asked to take a shower but was told that none were available. My sense is that this facility is more set up for facial treatments than body treatments.
Overall though, a very comfortable experience!
