Indigo restaurant was great for a business lunch. Attentive staff, but not too attentive. Well presented, tasty food, relaxed seating and an elevated view over the lobby of this pretty hotel. The price list for the wine was a little higher than it should have been, in my opinion, but I will definitely return

The most stiff atmosphere, a bizarre 3 person 'turn down' of one's room at 9pm??? Standard in all and very poor customer care - robotic and uncaring. Never again - including the spa!

I am not sure why Google asked me to review this hotel as I didn't stay there or eat there. At least I don't remember doing so. That either means this place was either so unmemorable that I can't recall it in the slightest. Or that it simply lacked the terrible qualities I'm used to seeing in other hotels that stick in my mind. Either way, I'm giving this place the benefit of the doubt at 4*

Visited for afternoon tea, have only heard good things so had to try. Price wise, it is very reasonable for a highly rated venue. Food was very nice and a Charlie Chocolate Factory theme was interesting and unique. They were able to bring extra dishes upon request which was nice, some places would offer this without asking however. Still, highly recommended!

Specialty drinks in the hotel bar are on another level, literally! They are all themed from different musicals or shows and come in unique glasses or means of dispense. I had the origin and they brought over a VR headset to show a short video on how the drink is made. On to of that, the staff was really helpful and incredibly nice. Lastly, there was live music. We had a very nice and unexpected time!
