Brilliant- very good clean rooms with unique design. The staff is also very friendly and polite. Breakfast was also very nice. Would highly recommend.

The staff were excellent and attentive, but it had taken me about an hour to get into the hotel as the car park was full to busting. I had to go over to the car park at the ACC and walk back with my luggage to check in. Room was clean and tidy, but the total lack of desk meant it very difficult for me to do any of my essential work. Check out was efficient and friendly. Bed was very comfortable and the hotel was surprisingly quiet for a city centre facility, which was greatly appreciated. Good location for all of the Conference centres and the Albert Dock

Popped in for a quick drink at the end of a night out. The staff were incredibly helpful and really efficient at their jobs. We came in during a meal that was being served - approximately 40 people sat down to eat. Despite this we were seen to at the bar immediately, and it seems all the other guests were fed and watered quickly too! Cleaning away after the meal was done quickly and to a high standard - the place was incredibly tidy for the amount of patrons. Drinks were definitely healthy measures, too! Really enjoyed the evening.

The hotel was very well situated opposite the Albert Dock and close to L1 shopping centre. Our room had a great view of this area. The room is comfortable with excellent bed, and good sound proofing which enabled us to get a good night's sleep. We took our cavalier KC with and he loved it too! Breakfast was more than adequate. Lots of choice. Great coffee and croissants! The service was good and parking spaces very generous. We have stayed in plenty of hotels in Liverpool and this is now top of our list!

We were in Liverpool, and another hotel we booked earlier suddenly cancelled on us. It was already around
around 10:00pm by then and we were having difficulty finding another hotel that was available. We had a total of four of us (my wife, my one year old daughter, my father and myself), it was my first time in UK so had no clue where to go.
We informed your late night staff (I believe his name was Daniel). Despite the system saying no vacant rooms, he tried very hard in getting us rooms that night, spending about an hour trying to find something. Fortunately, rooms were found for my entire family, and we ended up staying two nights in the hotel. Rooms were nice and well kept as well. I usually ignore writing reviews but was very satisfied with the service, so this will be first. Thank you for the exceptional service.
