The Worse Experience Ever.
Waited 45 minutes for food to arrive incorrect and cold. The so called " manager " refused to take it back and replace it for food at a suitable temperature and for the correct food we actually ordered. He would obviously rather 'reheat' and send it out to other customers or bin it. It is really sad.. He would rather issue a refund than rather resolve the problem of cold food and an incorrect order!!! Even the lady who took our order apologised for the mistake... yet the Manager did not react nothing... disgusting customer service.

No complaints from the staff or meal. The experience only tarnished by the parking scam in operation. What was on my last visit to the pub a free car park outside apparently has become a pay and display. The car was parked outside the pub, it was dark and no signs noted. No mention in the pub my parking needed validating. I have since been stung with the extortionate fee of £60 for the pleasure of eating and parking at the local hero.

Our first place for pre match drinks and after match drinks, decent staff, will always help. Food good quality too.

Got there during happy hour so I got a free cocktail with the one I bought. The lord of the wings I ordered was awesome as well. Generally good ambience and customer service. Will definitely visit again!

We ordered 2 steaks last night on a Friday and when we sat at the table we noticed an offer for free beer Friday.....a free beer with every steak! .......i told the staff that we were not offered our free beer and they told us that it was our responsibility to ask for the beer when ordering, an offer that we didn't know existed. We were then told that as we had already ordered that we were no longer entitled to our drink. The waitress then told us that none of the staff read the menus or know about the offers. Simply not good enough! Useless people do your job properly.
