Rubbish service! Forgot food and really rude! Found a hair in food and phoned up and basically told me to do one! Worst place I've ordered from!

Very bad experience, would never use them again.
1- So called spicy chicken was unevenly salted, cooked and randomly spiced. There was actually a lack of taste.
2- Chips..... most disgusting chips ever..... big, fat, no taste.....
3- Their special meal deal for £14 (!!) (mixed kebab) - had to bin it..... the meat itself was burned outside and under cooked inside the same time (have seen bloody patch).... felt that the quality of the meat was pretty appalling too....
4- Got charged for a meant to be a free delivery within their catchment area.....
5 - No napkins included......
6 - oh, yes..... delivery.... took 1 hour and 10 minutes to get it delivered....

I feel that delight express have broken the trust as they've changed their fries from skinny to thick and I can no longer trust anyone again. Well done delight.
