Thorough, professional and friendly clinic. I had sports massage from Jan and it really helped the acute pain + got stretch exercises and helpful advice for how to avoid similar pain in the future.

Jan Adamowski fixed my long term back ache in a couple of sessions. I feel like a new person! The clinic as a whole is fantastic, I've always gone there with my sports injuries and each time they have diagnosed and fixed them in no time. I STRONGLY recommend this friendly, professional accurate clinic. 10/10!

I can highly recommend Freedom Back clinics. They are all so friendly, quickly putting you at ease but are very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the physiology of the body and thus can provide tailored, specific treatment and exercises that help. Thank you!

I genuinely don't know what I'd have done if I hadn't gone for a free consultation. I've now been having osteopathy for 3 months with Dan and the progress has been amazing. I was getting nowhere fast with my GP and the ridiculous waiting list for physio and if I hadn't started treatment with Dan, my life literally would've stopped because I couldn't move my arm at all. I would absolutely recommend to anyone; everyone is so friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
