We were recommended to put our kitten in the cattery and so we did. The staff were very friendly and showed us around the whole cattery and even showed us the cats and how hands on they were. I was very anxious about leaving my kitten but when we got back from our holiday I could tell she was very looked after. Thank you again to the staff. Missy will be back next year when we go on holiday.

Queen Charlton Cattery have yet again provided a holiday for our pet that he loved. Oscar was very well looked after and came out looking healthier and with a thicker and smoother coat then when we left him. He was happy contented and the cattery had kept us updated throughout our trip to ensure we could relax knowing our pet was in the best possible care.

We'd like to really recommend Queen Charlton Cattery. We felt very welcome to visit before bringing our beloved cat for a holiday, and most of all she seemed very content after her stay. Lucy and everyone at the cattery clearly love cats, made sure they knew enough about her and therefore took great care of her. We also believe that the very decent size of both indoors and outdoors space in her pen made a real difference for a cat who really enjoys spending time outdoors every day. We'll be delighted to leave our cat with Lucy & David again.

Home from home for our babies! Due to unforeseen circumstances we were left with no option but to put our gorgeous girls into a cattery for 3 months. We had used Queen Charlton Cattery on several occasions before and had been very happy with how the girls came home. They were not only in great physical condition, having been groomed every day but mentally they were very happy. Lucy and David and their team obviously spend plenty of time getting to know the cats individually. Both our girls have minor health complaints and Lucy and David kept us posted by email on a regular basis as to how they were, which really put our minds at rest. They are such genuinely lovely people who really care deeply about cats. I highly recommend this cattery!

Excellent service, this is the second time I have used this Cattery. My cat Luna stayed for 1 month due to a house move/renovation work, that was initially meant to be 1 week. The staff kept me up to date on how she was doing and sent photos. When I dropped her off I was shown around the 'rooms', I was impressed how homely and spacious they were and that she had a window looking out onto the field outside. On collection and returning home I have a happy cat who is content, healthy and well looked after. Thank you so much to Lucy and David and the other staff members for looking after her so well. I would not hesitate to use this Cattery again and fully recommend it.
