Hotel is great. Beefeater restraint attached refuse to allocate more than half of their seating so you can end up waiting hours for a table.

I called the reception to help me organise a surprise for my little niece while she and my sister were staying at the inverness west premiere hotel. Minni, the receptionist was MORE than happy to help and in fact, went over and above to help me surprise her for her 7th birthday. Thanks Minni - you deserve to be appreciated!

Is what is... Could do with a lick of paint. Alright for a cheap and cheerful nights stay.

Location was pleasant and quiet, just a little out of the city centre. Perfect if you have a car. Larger rooms than others I've stayed in but still just the hotel room basics you'd expect. Night porter was helpful and friendly.
