Health Rediscovered is such a relaxing and peaceful place... You'd never know once inside that it's in the city centre! I was a bit nervous of Acupuncture to begin with, but Paula was fantastic and I now wouldn't go to anyone else. The other therapists are equally as great, I'd recommend visiting for a treatment.

Lovely treatment, for calming , sleeping and relaxing. Paula's clinic, invites you to take time for you., Gives a warming secure and individual service. Amazing results, and continued feeling that lasted as long as I needed. I recommend acupuncture, and massage at health rediscovered. Treat yourself to alternative therapies that were around way before modern medication and health services. Thank you Health Rediscovered.

I'm glad I found this place. I started going to this clinic for massage--I get tight shoulders sitting at a desk all day. Michelle was excellent, working out all my aches and pains...and she remembers for each appointment where my problem spots are. I also had my first acupuncture experience at this clinic, and it wasn't nearly as scary as I thought it would be. I came away feeling refreshed and relaxed. The location is also perfect, just across the street from Glasgow Central train station.

My experience of this relaxing, but professional service is that acupuncture has a magical power when applied appropriately. I had suffered hip pain for almost three years, having tried all the conventional treatments such as steroid injections which made no difference. A friend suggested Health Rediscovered and calling them was the best decision ever as I rarely even have discomfort now, far less chronic pain, and I can sleep again. I would highly recommend acupuncture as prescribed and over the period of time required for you as an individual. Health Rediscovered and Paula practices a holistic approach to care of you as a whole person, which makes each appointment feel like a mini retreat. I would highly recommend this service.

Excellent professional service provided by lovely people. I have used the clinic mainly for acupuncture with Paula and she is extremely kind, thorough and knowledgeable and clearly passionate about what she does. She has helped me run marathons and let me survive the dreadful morning sickness that threatened to ruin my wedding! Highly recommend the clinic.
