nice welcome etc looked ok !! took ages to have our order taken i don't why as there was only two tables in the whole restaurant one in which who were eating desserts. after a long time chatting and losing track of a large space of time wee worried how long we had waited looking at the clock we discovered tht it had been at least 1 hour and half .. by the time we got our food it was almost 9pm. i complained and explained my son aged 4 goes to bed at this time and this wait wasn't acceptable the waitress was in complete defense as so was the management- never in my life have i witnessed so poor customer care !! our food arrived it looked smaller than usual for tapas -i have been to tapas restaurants many times and this wasnt good! it looked plain and something that would take 10mins to prepare to honest, it was only croquet's, fried mushrooms (literally just plain fried mushrooms) and a few chicken dishes. after looking at this and being offered only a free soft drink we decided to leave to my astonishment. I have never complained in my life and after doing so there was no customer service from staff to help me actually try and enjoy my food. must i add at this point in leaving two table had come in after us- had eaten and were paying the bill !! this is my 1st ever complaint to date and my partners in our whole life's we are relaxed and also acceptant b being conned at times for a easy life but this was to far i still cannot believe it was bad enough to make us both walk straight out the door.. a customer to the left of us even offere my son some food as he was speaking of his hunger !! total joke - honest true advice would be to avoid!!

i had a great time at casa ole , its great value for money
the olives were great , and i would recommend the chicken skewers
