Outstanding
I was here to host a day long seminar. Staff were first class, friendly and helpful. The food was first class. Great facilities. Love the creativity space, games, record player...... Get Radisson Blu top management to see what you guys are doing. If you are doing training, need to host a seminar - do it here.

Location is second to none, in the middle of the Royal Mile and close to the train station and one of the main bridges that serves as an artery of the City Center. Amenities are also excellent: updated, well-furnished rooms are surprisingly spacious considering how central the location of this hotel is. I made use of several Concierge services: always gracious and helpful. I did not sample room service or the food in the restaurant, but both it and the bar area appeared to be clean and modern. I was in a room way in the back (well off the street) where it was very private and quiet... I am not sure whether this holds true for rooms closer to the front of the property. Hotel Wi-Fi is easy to connect and extremely fast (typically 5+ MBps). This certainly is not the cheapest hotel in Edinburgh, but in my opinion the amenities and especially location make it well worth the price for those who are shorter on time than they are on funds.

Stay there regularly. Highly recommend. Great staff. Free parking. Ideal location. Any issues they resolve without batting an eye.

Can't beat the location for seeing old Edinburgh. The rooms are very spacious and the lobby is inviting. The breakfast selection is huge and they make special requests off their menu.
A very friendly and helpful staff. Enjoy the elevator ride.

Great location on the Royal Mile (High Street) about halfway between Hollyrood Palace and Edinburgh castle. Parking is quite limited, so plan on getting there as early as possible if you have a car. However. You won't need a car in Edinburgh unless you are traveling outside the city center. Good services overall.
