Normally I enjoy staying at Premier Inn but this one is disappointing. Creaky bed which has sagged in the middle makes for some of the worst nights sleep in ages. Breakfast is uncoordinated chaos with staff unable to cope with demand. Very small cooked breakfast area is constantly out of supply and a complete mess. This morning at 09:45 they’ve run out of coffee cups, plates, sugar, half the cooked food etc etc. I ordered 2 poached eggs which came out after 20mins - after I’d finished eating. Feel sorry for the staff having to constantly apologise for poor management/planning.....
Won’t be coming back to this one.

Fantastic place and such nice staff. Google however has trouble finding it. Put in the address or postal to get an accurate location with google maps.

Excellent service & breakfast good. Very friendly staff, Declan was extra helpful with direction, buses etc.

Good hotel. Clean rooms, good food, decent price for drinks. Was not disappointing. I can recommend it for young travelers. I give it a rating of 4 lost towels out of 5.

We stop in many Premier Inns while working away all over the country. The beds are really comfy, the showers good and you get a nice big plasma screen in room. You can even plug your PS4 into it unlike some of the other chains who lock you out. We always use Premier Inn now just for this reason!
