Lovely play cafe for babes and toddlers. Cafe options are quite good too.

DISGUSTING NON SUITABLE FOR KIDS CAFETERIA!!!
Filthy table (one girl of the staff came and just picked upp the plates from the customer who where there before us..!) crumbles everywhere, I had to clean it my self with my own babywipes!
At that point I started to question the 3 pounds that we had to pay at our entry...
I said, ok let's give it a second chance just for my small one to get a bit socialised.
The room that we had to go for my baby's age was the middle room, which had an extremly filthy carpet with dirty toys all over it!!!
I had to take the toys away from my kid to avoid put them in his mouth!!!
So the point of going there with my kid to play just left the building!!!!
Oh yes! The best part was that all though me and my kid had our shoes of (haha so we won't make the carpet dirty...) the MEMBERS OF THE STAFF where walking with their shoes all over it...!!!
ABSOLUTELY DISSAPOINTED & DISGUSTED!!!
It supposed to be a relaxed coffee break but once we got there they said that to take care of the kids is your responsibility and that there is no staff for that reason in that cafe! Ok I will take care of my kid BUT you should put a safety area that the kids will not leave that specific room and start crawling in the hallway!
No, it was an open room that any kid could go in and out when the wanted and also older kids could come and run and hop around...
For me that cafeteria should be closed and in that place should open a starbucks or something similar since that way they run it allready....
OF COURSE I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!!

Been to Jenn's den lots of times even had my daughter's first birthday here which was great. Always loved it and go once a week. Today I paid a visit there with a free pass I got from a party my daughter attended. On arrival the woman who I later found out was the owner asked abruptly where I got the pass. Felt the tone in her voice was as if we shouldn't be using them. Then later she came up to me to advise I shouldn't be given my daughter her snack as I hadn't bought it from the cafe. That I totally understand but again it was the way she spoke to me. I have always had a great experience here except from today and certainly won't be rushing back. If the owners staff were a bit like her I very much doubt Jenn's den would get much return business!!! The staff there are always great to such a shame!!

Terrific for Mums/those in charge, as well as the children. Great coffee and separate play areas for newborns/toddlers - 5. Safe, clean and a world away from other 'child-friendly' offerings. A sanctuary and well worth checking out.
